Leadiosa is a live chat platform built by ThemeREX
(https://themerex.net) — the WordPress theme studio — for small
businesses that already have a website and want to talk to the
visitors arriving there. Shops, studios, clinics, agencies,
consultants, restaurants, local services. Install is a single
script tag; the operator dashboard and AI agent live on us.

## What it does

- **Real-time inbox**: live typing previews, read receipts,
  presence, file sharing, operator-pickable notification sounds.
  Socket.io transport with replay on reconnect.
- **AI agent**: pluggable LLM (OpenRouter, OpenAI, DeepSeek,
  Anthropic, or your own key). Grounds replies in your knowledge
  base, hands off to a human when confidence drops.
- **Knowledge base + RAG**: drop in articles, sitemaps or raw
  markdown; embeddings via OpenAI / Jina / Voyage / Cohere on a
  per-workspace setting. The agent cites your own docs.
- **GDPR-native**: per-contact right-to-be-forgotten with audit
  trail, IP anonymisation toggles, data export, retention
  policies.
- **Multi-workspace**: complete data isolation between
  workspaces, per-workspace operators, billing, and AI config.
- **Integrations**: HMAC-signed webhooks, two-way Rocket.Chat
  bridge, full REST API.
- **AI analytics**: per-conversation summary on demand + weekly
  workspace digest covering top topics, knowledge gaps,
  sentiment, action items.
- **Internationalisation**: 8 locales shipped
  (en, es, de, fr, it, pt, ru, uk).
- **Audit log**: every operator action, every erasure, every
