Free is for personal sites and side projects — manual chat only, no AI. Pro unlocks the AI agent and bring-your-own-key for teams of up to 5. Pro Plus adds unlimited seats, integrations (webhooks, Rocket.Chat, REST API), white-label widget, and roomy attachment + token caps for agencies.

A 14-day Pro trial starts the moment you sign up — no card required. After it expires you can pick a paid plan or stay on Free with the AI off.

AI tokens

Every reply the AI agent generates, every weekly insights digest, every conversation summary consumes tokens. The monthly allowance reflects platform-managed tokens routed via our LLM contracts.

  • Allowance resets at the start of every calendar month (UTC).
  • When the allowance runs out, the AI pauses for the rest of the month. Visitor messages still arrive in your inbox; your team answers as normal.
  • To raise the cap, upgrade the plan. No metered overage charges — the allowance is the hard ceiling.

Customer portal

Billing is handled by Freemius (our merchant of record). The customer portal lives behind Settings → Billing → Manage subscription and lets you:

  • Update the card on file.
  • Change billing email.
  • Download invoices and tax receipts.
  • Cancel the subscription.
Note
We never see or store your card details — Freemius is the PCI-compliant party. We only receive subscription state (active / trial / cancelled / past-due) via webhook.

Free trial

New workspaces start on a 14-day Pro trial. No card is required. At the end of the trial the workspace drops to Free unless a paid plan is selected. Your data is never deleted as part of this transition — Pro-only features simply turn off.

Upgrading and downgrading

Upgrade from Settings → Billing at any time. Charges are pro-rated by Freemius for the remainder of the current cycle.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid period. We will never charge you again for the higher tier; you keep Pro features until that date, then drop to Free.

Invoices and receipts

Every charge generates an invoice in the Freemius portal. PDF receipts are downloadable from there. Your billing email receives them automatically.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from the customer portal. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period; no further charges will be made. Your workspace stays as-is — only the recurring billing stops.

Closing your workspace

If you want to walk away from Leadiosa entirely — not just cancel the subscription — there's a one-step close flow that does the right thing on the Freemius side too:

  1. 1Open Settings → General and scroll to the red Close this workspace card.
  2. 2Click Close workspace…, read the consequences, and type your workspace slug to confirm.
  3. 3We cancel your Freemius subscription on your behalf — no more charges. If we can't do it automatically (rare), we give you a deep link to the Freemius portal.
  4. 4The widget stops, your team is signed out, but everything is preserved for 30 days. Sign back in any time within that window to restore.
  5. 5After 30 days the workspace is permanently deleted.
Watch out
Restoring within the grace window does not resume the cancelled subscription. You'd need to subscribe again from Settings → Billing if you want a paid plan back.
